Success in the classroom, within the community, and on the job requires that young people with special health care needs stay healthy.  This webinar will: 1) Provide an understanding the impact of health & wellness on school performance; 2) Share Tools and information teachers can use; 3) Learn which health care skills are essential to a student’s future education and employment and 4) Share strategies and resources to incorporate those skills in the classroom and Individualize Education Plans (IEP) or 504 plans.
